Do I need to refurbish my property before I sell it?
We would usually advise the vendor not to refurbish their property as most buyers are likely to put their own stamp on the property once they have bought it.

How many weeks deposit is taken for a tenancy?
It is standard practice to take a 6-week deposit per tenancy.

How do you qualify potential buyers?
All potential buyers must prove they have the ‘ability to proceed’ once registered with Silverfinch. This either means they will be a cash buyer or have approval from their lender.
